My skincare routine...
So is it genes or is it about the products? It probably is a bit of both. I have already told you on my stories that I suffer from psoriasis and often have patches dotted around my body. I don’t tend to get it on my face unless I am really run down, however there are a few things I do practice and stick to….
Water - If I don’t drink water I look like a wrinkly ball bag, my face tightens up and I tend to get really dry skin. So get it down ya girl!!!
Because I do suffer with dry skin, I tend to go for creamy, thick cleansers such as balms, hot cloth cleansers, coconut oil. The Botanics Cleansing Balm is lovely and moisturising whilst taking off make up and then I double cleanse with Garnier Micellar Water.
3. Serums and Moisturisers.
Everyone seems to have the Ordinary Serum lately and although its the right price and lovely, I don’t find it as amazing as everyone is saying. So I have been using the Aloe Vera Nourishing Serum from Forever Living, it lasts forever and its so smooth and creamy when I apply it to my face. I tend to buy one expensive moisturiser which in this case is the Bobbi Brown Vitamin E Enriched Base cream and budget on a mid range evening moisturiser. At the moment I am alternating between The Body Shop Vitamin C cream and Pixi Rose Cream. I find then my luxury Bobbi Brown cream lasts longer.
4. Make Up
